Reporting to: Cruise Admin Team Leader
Experience, Qualities & Skills:
Experience working within the Cruise and Travel Industry is highly desirable.
Previous administration experience.
Confident, friendly, and articulate when speaking to suppliers and colleagues.
Process driven and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Possess excellent numeracy and problem-solving skills.
Good time management and the ability to multi-task.
A team player who also has the ability to work independently.
Possess a can-do attitude and have a methodical and positive approach towards all tasks.
Enjoy working in a face paced, service-oriented environment.
Being well travelled, with good knowledge and first-hand experience is extremely advantageous
Responsibilities:
Booking Confirmations: daily quality/audit checks, process previous days bookings and send confirmation to client.
Tickets: Ensure all tickets are emailed/posted within agreed timescales.
Amendments and Cancellations: process/check amendments and cancellations in line with supplier invoices.
Scanners: check all invoices received from supplier match our internal system and update/query where required.
Costing Queries: take on initial investigation & resolution of all costing queries from supplier payments.
Mailbox management: prioritising & managing mailbox workflow on a daily basis.
Diary Management: manage and action daily diary entries, prioritising where necessary.
Organisation and distribution of incoming/outgoing mail.
Support Customer Service and Sales Team in line with business needs.
